Vitamin A is essential for cell growth, which supports nail health. A lack of this vitamin can cause dry and brittle nails. You can enjoy sweet potatoes steamed, baked, sautéed, or roasted.

By including these superfoods in your diet plan, you can enjoy healthy and strong nails. Along with eating these superfoods, you also need to properly care for and maintain your nails.

  1. yes this foods i wil try. i younge and my nails are weak , long but WEAK. hopfully this will help. i file my nails i have been told that makes them stronger, is that true?

  2. Egg whites contain a protein called avidin which binds to biotin and prevents it being absorbed. Therefore egg yolks are good but not two eggs with whites everyday…
