  1. Wow – I eat these foods just about every day. We’re having salmon and broccoli tonight for dinner and had spinach with toasted walnuts yesterday, I drink 100% pomegranete juice every evening. I have flaxseed, blueberries and almonds on my morning oatmeal. Garlic and tomatoes go into each daily salad as does turmeric! This makes me feel so good.
