    1. Ix – the lemon turns alkaline in your system. SO it not only will not hurt you – it will probably help your tummy 🙂

    2. Lemon water become alkaline when it enters the stomach . It is the only citrus that can do that lime will not do it and different citrus but lemon is very alkaline I have used it for years it never fails .

I take the lemon water first thing in the morning, then I drink the green tea during the day and the apple cider vinegar at night all this with a balanced diet of steam chicken breast or steam fish for lunch steam fresh mix veg, a grapefruit for desert plenty of water and a salad of kale, avocado cucumber or tomatoes no dressing. Having a piece of watermelon before lunch helps to fill you up.
