  4. I got Cold & heart palpitation for a few weeks & doctors have been done all the tests.From Heart to thyroid & lungs.They Couldn’t found single problem. i was wondering if i start taking Garlic in warm water with Lemon or just garlic in warm water?

This happened to me 15 years ago, I was in and out of hospitals for 2 years, till I found out all I had to do is take Magnesium, so I take 250 mg two times a day, some days I forget but no problem, got enough stored maybe, try it, Magnesium performs 3 to 4 hundred jobs in a persons body, look it up, it’s very interesting and very good for your heart and eyes, and very cheap too. Walmart sells it, use it anyway you want, best oil to cook with, good for rubbing on your skin too, also sold in caps with vitamins but that’s stupid when you can cook with it, I hate the smell and taste of coconut so I get the one that you can’t taste or smell, it’s not that expensive either, you can put it in anything, salads, toast, make country gravy with it. Good for losing weight too. Find it with the other cooking oils, It got me off thyroid meds too, along with kelp tabs, which I ordered on line. Good luck, Elaine

  5. How’s the experience been with “garlic supplements”? I’ve heard it’s a big racket…..a lot of them don’t really even work…..I was using Spring Valley Garlic 1000 mg 3x daily….no ill effects….then was astonished when I noticed the size of the capsules CHANGED (got smaller) and the dosages decreased too….lol. I ed walmart/spring valley, and they claimed the dosage was decreased yes….but didn’t give me really any specifics….but I walked into Vitamin Shoppe, and wow, they have garlic in almost every section…..haha.
