  2. I have been eating instant oatmeal (10 tablespoons) for breakfast regularly. My Bp is 110/70. I used to have borderline hypertension. Most people eat 2 to 3 scoops of oat meal for breakfast which i think is insufficient to reap the full benefits of oatmeal. I have also managed to loose weight as my lunch appetite reduce substantially.
