I have been using garlic for a while and cinnamon as well and i havnt had a cold in years…and though 2 of my siblings has diabetes I have thus far maneaged to evade it..lol..I have no doubt its bvecause of my daily use of cinnamon in my tea, coffee, sprinkled on fruiot salas and yoghurt…natural inggredients are cost effective and works in synergy with ones body…great stuff..great website!
