9. Use a Fuller’s Earth Body Pack

  • For the time being until you can lose weight, consider body shaping and support undergarments to give extra support to your abdomen and loose skin.

  1. I am a mother of 3.3 year old son. I have fat deposits in my stomach & breasts I have started exercising since last one year. Though I have lost some weight but my skin has become loose in the belly portion & breasts has become saggy .Please suggest me some proper food & exercise by which I can tighten my belly & breaasts
