7. Indian Lilac (Neem)

Also known as neem, Indian lilac is an effective natural method for removing all types of intestinal worms. It has anti-parasitic properties that not only kills parasites, but also helps remove the toxins that they leave behind as they are dying.

  • Fry one tablespoon of dry neem flowers in one teaspoon of clarified butter or ghee. Eat them with plain boiled rice twice daily for four days.
  • Alternatively, drink a glass of warm milk or water mixed with one teaspoon of dried neem leaf powder twice daily for a week.
  • You can also grind neem leaves to a fine paste and eat one-half tablespoon of the paste with a glass of water every morning on an empty stomach for a week. Then, after a gap of one week, repeat again in the third week.

Note: Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not consume neem.

8. Carrots

Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, a precursor for vitamin A which can destroy the eggs of intestinal worms. Plus, the vitamin C and zinc present in carrots also support the immune system. A strong immune system will fight off parasites quickly.

  1. Grate two carrots.
  2. Eat them on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
  3. Avoid eating anything else during the morning.
  4. Do this every day for a week to get rid of intestinal worms.

  1. Been having this issue for quite a some time. I tried the coconut oil and the pumkin seeds(not crushed) I don’t know if that will make a difference, but I guess its well worth a try. Those little suckers, I like to call them, are really doing a number on me.

  3. I tried vermox at 3x recommended dose and no results.
    I now have a natural plan thanks to the help I found here.
    Morning-
    1 quarter fresh coconut on am empty stomach, followed by 3 tablespoons of coconut oil with warm milk.
    Afternoon-
    Lightly toasted bread with lots of fresh garlic and butter, followed by 1 pint of freshly crushed pineapple juice.
    Later-
    100g of pumpkin seeds, just chewed up and swallowed and a little more coconut.
    Another pineapple juice 1 pint.
    I will also try add more garlic to my other foods.
    I’ll reply here if I get results.

  4. im triying the coconut oil and garlic i hope it works this parasites have given some many stomach problems. Im feeling a little better thank you for posting this remedies.
