  1. this is good stuff. but please, see a doctor if persistant. i used to stick my feet under running cold water to get them to stop burning. when i told my doctor, she did a blood test. for me, this ended up being a sign of diabetes. and haven’t had any issues since i got my blood sugars under control. 🙂

  2. Omg…see a doctor. Raynauds syndrome (sp?) is the burning and discoloration (blue) I had it. Then I had severe itching, then a constant headache. No doctor could figure it out for 5 years. It was all right there on my lab results. I asked why my platelets (the tiny red blood cells that aid in blood clotting) were so high and got brushed off “oh you probably have some inflammation or you may be getting sick.
I did not question him… Turns out I have a myeloproliferative neoplasm… In other words way too many platelets that do not work properly. 1+ million. Normal is 150-400 thousand. At any time I could have had a stroke or heart attack or pulmonary embolism from a clot!!!!
Anything weird or out of the ordinary….go see a doc and do not let them dismiss you!! My disease is rare..but the top 3 symptoms are exactly what I was suffering from. All it took was one blood test to find out I had it. 5 years I thought I was going crazy…

  3. I only have a gentle burning sensation at the bed time, and that feeling is keeping me awake for a while, and it helps to have my feet out from under cover, sort of cooling down. But it is hot enough that keep me awake till is cool. I am healthy, it is 7 days work, and lots of it on my feet, so suppose, this is the problem, tired feet. I should take the Epsom solt advice, extra magnesium don’t hurt.
    Thank you for your advice.

  4. Too many platelets could be a problem with the thyroid gland .i believe it’s one of 4 parts of the gland .it is situated next to the main gland.this happened to a friend of mine .ps . I am not a medical person .please get further advice from a doctor.
